Seattle University Lemieux Library – Built in 1964


The Seattle University Campus in the Capitol Hill Neighborhood of Seattle, features the Lemieux Library which was constructed in 1964. Pictured is the 1960’s portion of the library with it’s clean geometric lines and beautiful marble walls. The other side of the library features an addition built in 2010 called the McGoldrick Learning Commons. This addition is a modern glass design.

Located at 901 12th Ave, Seattle, WA 98122. Be sure check out the Western Entrance to the Library as that is the 1960’s designed portion of the building.
